A mixed disorder of anxiety and depression in is a medical term that defines a category of patients. These patients suffer simultaneously from both anxiety and depression. It is an emotional state of mind which characterized by sadness, melancholy and loss of interest in every thing, unusual anger, lack of tolerance and taking the worldly affairs in his own way. How to deal Depression and Anxiety


Only a professional expert can decide weather one is suffering a mild, moderate or severe depression or anxiety. He will decide on the basis of an interview/discussion and reactions of the patient in response to his questions. Severe cases of anxiety and depression will need a regular treatment by an experienced psychiatrist and last long. Treating such patient by inexperienced person or giving up the treatment before completion may prove to be fetal.
